Quantitative analysis of brain metabolites and muscle cell fat from 1H MR spectra of MRI.
It supports the reading of raw data from representative MR manufacturers, automatically processes MR spectra (FT, phase correction, etc.), and after curve fitting, compares the results with Basis-set data for each MR device and TE. It automatically quantifies each metabolite based on the peak area calculated from peak separation for each metabolite (concentration in mM (mmol/L) relative to water, or ratio to creatine).
